Why You Need It

Effective client management is key to maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. The Client Success Dashboard worksheet, inspired by Mike Michalowicz's QBR (Queen Bee Role) concept from his book "Clockwork", provides a visual tool to assess and track your clients' progress and success. This tool allows you to evaluate how effectively you're adding value to your clients, how well you're meeting their needs, and if they're getting what they paid for.

What You Need To Know

The Client Success Dashboard is structured like an audio equalizer, with 15 rows divided into three subsections: 'Adding Value (QBR)', 'What They Need', and 'What They Paid For'. By colouring in boxes in these rows, you can visually assess and track how your clients are doing.

Adding Value (QBR)

In this section, you evaluate your performance based on the value you're adding to your clients' businesses. This is inspired by the QBR concept, which is about identifying the most valuable contribution your company offers.

What They Need

This section helps track how well you're meeting your clients' needs. Understanding and delivering what your clients require is critical to ensuring their satisfaction and success.

What They Paid For

This last section evaluates whether you're delivering on the promises made to the client – the services or products they've purchased.
